About Thomas

I am a former college football coach transformed into a successful business owner. I am happily married to Jackie and have three children: Johnna (14), Teagen (11), and Jorja (7). In 2013, I started Mealfit from my kitchen table after a friend sought my expertise in meal planning. The venture quickly expanded and now Mealfit, along with Table & Thyme, operates as separate catering and food service companies in Central Alabama.

Beyond my involvement in the food industry, I also own Weddings Costa Rica, a destination wedding planning company specializing in ceremonies held in Costa Rica for clients worldwide. Additionally, I own multiple multi-family properties in Alabama and Tennessee.

I share my knowledge and insights with other business owners through my podcast called "Owners Table," where I host engaging conversations about entrepreneurship and leadership.

I have achieved notable success in various fields, making a meaningful impact on those I’ve served and collaborated with. I’m always looking to learn more from business owners and entrepreneurs alike.
